When ordering a Forever Teddy Bear, please keep in mind the below information:

- A Large Male Shirt per bear
- A XLarge Female Shirt per bear
Note: Stretchy or see through material can NOT be used as it don’t form correctly
Turn around: 8 – 10 weeks or longer depending on how many are ordered at one time

When sending material please add a note with the following information, as each teddy bear gets a personalized tag:
- Who the bear is being made for (grandchild, uncle, aunt, sister, etc.)
- Who the bear is in memory of (mom, dad, sister, brother, grandparents, etc.)
- The name of deceased
